CHOCOLATE BROWNIES


CHOCOLATE BROWNIES


Ingredients
  • 2 chocolate bars
  • 115g butter
  • 225g  brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 170g flour
  • 1 cup water

Kitchen Utensils
  • 2 mixing bowls
  • Measuring cups
  • Teaspoon
  • Plate


Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. In a bowl cut up one chocolate bar. Boil water in a casserole pot and putt the bowl with chocolate on.
3. Mix the butter and sugar in a big bowl and add the melt chocolate and vanilla.
4. Beat two eggs in a plate and pour in chocolate cream.
5. Cut up the other chocolate bar and pour in the mix. Add also the flour.
6. Mix together well.
7. Put the mix on the cookie sheet.
8. Introduce the cookie sheet in the oven and wait 20 minutes.

FRUITS OF WOOD ICE-CREAM



FRUITS OF WOOD ICE-CREAM



INGREDIENTS:
450 g strawberries
225 g raspberries
225 g mulberries
150 g sugar
150 ml cream on milk
1-3 spoons powdered sugar


UTENSILS:
pot
mixing spoon
blender
small cups
bowl
freezer


DIRECTIONS
1-Wash the fruit and remove stems.
2-Put the fruit and the sugar into the pot, cover it. Boil it to simmer 15 minutes.
Mix all with mixing spoon.
3-Cool down. Pour the smoothie in the blender and beat it.
4-Pour smoothie in small cups. Put them into the freezer.
5-Pour the cream on milk in a bowl. Beat it.
6-Take out the fruit of the freezer. Wait 5 minutes.
7-Put the fruit into the blender and beat it. Add the whipped cream and beat it.
8-Add the powdered sugar.
9-Put it into the freezer 1 hour.
10-Serve it.

His favourite foods are sausages and pizza. He loves stuffing turkey, Italy food and Mexican food. He likes hotdog sometimes. He doesn’t like cotton candy or egg plant.

His favourite number is twelve.

His favourite musician is Country folk.

In his town, Arnold, hasn’t got skyscrapers. There are 4,500 people. Arnold town is big. There aren’t McDonalds. His house has got eight rooms.

To die for chocolate cake recipe

                                    To Die for Chocolate Cake Recipe
8 oz dark semisweet chocolate pieces
2/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
4 heaped tb all purpose flour
4 tb unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
4 tb sour cream
2/3 cup heavy cream or whipping cream
9 oz semisweet chocolate pieces

Preheat oven.

Line your cake tin (3 inches tall) with greaseproof or other non-stik paper and grease tin . Melt chocolate pieces with butter over ot water .Beat togerther the eggs and sugar, mix in flour, cocoa powder,baking powder and vainilla extract.Slowly fold in the melted butter and chocolate mix along with sour cream.Bake at suggested temp.Until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool the cake.Remove the crusted edges on the top of the cake,and cut cake in half,horizontall.

Frosting
Heat the heavy cream or whipping cream in a sauce pan,stirring so that it does not burn. Do not boil.Remove from heat ,add semisweet chocolate pieces ,stir until smooth ,and let it cool until in thickens.Use one 1/3 of the frosting between the two layers,1/3 on top,and the rest around the cake.Put the cake into the fridge for one hour or more to arden the frosting .
This cake should be room temperature whem served.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

                                                      CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
                                                            Ingredients
                                      1 cup soft butter                                          1 cup white sugar
                                      1 cup brown sugar                                       2 eggs
                                      2 teaspoons vainilla extract                       3 cups flour
                                      1 teaspoon baking soada                            2 teaspoons hot water
                                      1/2 teaspoon salt                                         2 cups chocolate chips

                                                         Kitchen  Utensils

                                       cookie sheet                                              2 mixing bowls

                                                      Directions
     1 Preheat the oven to 175 degrees  Celsius
     2 Add the fluor , baiking soda , and salt in one mixing bowl . Mix together
     3 In a diferent bowl add the eggs , white sugar , and brown sugar . Mix well
    4  Next add the butter , vainilla extrac , and hot water to the eggs
    5 Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl
    6 Add the chocolate chips and mix
   7 Spread a little butter on the pan so the cookies don't stick
   8 Make the dough into balls and put them on the cookies sheep
   9 Bake 15 minutes
